Waiver Explanation
Core Course Waivers: Please submit a brief (1 page or less) description of the course work or work experience that you believe allows you to meet the requirements to requested waiver.
Field Study Waivers: Please submit a brief (1 page or less) describing the work experience that you believe allows you to meet the requirements to requested waiver. Be sure to describe the reasons for requesting the waiver and provide the necessary qualifying information (e.g., organization, department, duties performed, experience, length of time).
Core Course Waivers: Submit a transcript that includes the final grade in the course(s) relevant to the waiver request. An official transcript is acceptable. If you have additional materials such as course syllabi, you may include those as well.
Field Study Waivers: Submit a current resume/CV and a letter from your supervisor(s) verifying the length of employment and the duties performed.
